Refund request will be considered cancelled in case of exchange or fresh product delivery.
Refund will only be processed if the damaged or wrong item delivered is in unused condition.
Refund amount will not include any shipping charges, any amount equivalent to discount coupons or gift cards, if applied.
Unfortunately, we don't have a return policy. We inspect products before shipping and make sure you don't face any issues with respect to the quality of the product.
